C-suites leaders and boards of multinational consulting, financial sectors, not for profits, and technology enterprises have entrusted her with leadership of DE&I and marketing operations. Through collaboration and communities of practice, she has secured key high-profile strategic partnerships with the UN Women USA G100 Global Women Economic Forum, CCLLeadership NC State, Duke University John Hope Franklin Center, Business in Africa Duke Fuqua School of Business, Go Global NC, Frontrunners Innovate and Initiative of Change Caux Scholars in Switzerland and the UK. and Zam Zam Bank, Ethiopia.

As an advocate for social compact and on behalf of women entrepreneurs and the International Chamber of Commerce: Ms. Medhin was invited by the United Nations in NY to address global leaders UN SDG2030, (Sustainable Development Goals) stakeholders meeting.

Tsegga is a recipient of several awards, including the US presidential volunteer gold award from President Obama and Bush. She graduated from Harvard Kennedy School of Public Policy Leadership and Ethics, and UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Ms. Medhin is the founder and president of the Pearl Leadership Institute, and lives in NC with her spouse.
