She is currently the Chief Digital Advisor and US Chapter President for the global non-profit Women in Tech. Ms. Rodriguez also writes and speaks regularly on digital transformation, leadership, and women’s empowerment. From astronaut hall-of-famer to high-school runaway turned CEO, her book is a riveting collection of not-so-typical biographies and personal reflections of twelve trailblazing leaders in STEM today. In her prior role as Vice President of Strategy, Innovation, and Operations at Gartner Inc., Ms. Rodriguez built products and services that helped C-Suite Technology Leaders grow in their role, achieve breakthrough results for their organizations, and use technology to move the world forward.
